**1. General Shipping Information**
1.1 G ussimo Vending Professional ships both used and new vending machines. Shipping times vary depending on the type of equipment purchased.
1.2 Shipping will only occur after full payment has been received into our account. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the buyer.
**2. Shipping time for used devices**
2.1 Used vending machines will be shipped within 1.5 to 2 weeks after receipt of payment.
2.2 Shipping times may vary slightly depending on availability and delivery location. Should any delays occur, the buyer will be informed immediately.
**3. Shipping time for new devices**
3.1 New devices have a longer delivery time and are usually shipped within 4 to 8 weeks after receipt of payment.
3.2 Should delays occur due to production or delivery bottlenecks, the Buyer will be informed promptly.
**4. Shipping costs**
4.1 Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and will be invoiced separately to the buyer. The shipping costs depend on the weight, dimensions of the device, and the destination.
4.2 Upon request, the buyer may also pick up the vending machine themselves. In this case, shipping costs will be waived.
**5. Shipping service provider**
5.1 Shipping is generally carried out by specialized freight forwarders experienced in transporting vending machines. The shipping service provider is selected by G ussimo Vending Professional .
5.2 The risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
**6. Inspection of the delivery**
6.1 The buyer is obligated to inspect the delivery upon receipt for any externally visible damage. If the packaging or the device is damaged, this must be reported immediately to the delivery person and documented by the buyer.
6.2 Hidden defects which only become apparent after unpacking must be reported to the Seller in writing immediately, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods.
**7. Delivery delays**
7.1 Should unforeseen delivery delays occur beyond the control of G ussimo Vending Professionals (e.g., force majeure, strikes, manufacturer delays), the buyer will be informed immediately. In such cases, the delivery period will be extended in accordance with the duration of the impediment.
7.2 The Buyer shall have no right to compensation for delays in delivery unless the delay is due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of the Seller.

1. Right of withdrawal
1.1 If you are acting as a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. if the purchase is made for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to your commercial nor your independent professional activity, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

2.1 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, G ussimo Vending Professional , of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
2.2 To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
3. Consequences of revocation
3.1 If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
3.2 For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
3.3 We may refuse to reimburse you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
3.4 You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
3.5 You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
3.6 You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

- for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
