Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

1.1 CA-Vendingsolutions ships both used and new vending machines. Shipping times vary depending on the type of machine purchased.

1.2 Shipping will only occur after full payment has been received in our account. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the buyer.

2. Shipping Time for Used Equipment

2.1 Used vending machines will be shipped within 1.5 to 2 weeks after payment is received.

2.2 The shipping time may vary slightly depending on availability and the delivery location. In case of delays, the buyer will be notified promptly.

3. Shipping Time for New Equipment

3.1 New machines have a longer delivery time and are usually shipped within 4 to 6 weeks after payment is received.

3.2 If delays occur due to production or supply bottlenecks, the buyer will be informed in a timely manner.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and will be invoiced separately to the buyer. Shipping costs depend on the weight, dimensions of the machine, and the destination.

4.2 Upon request, the buyer may collect the vending machine themselves. In this case, shipping costs will be waived.

5. Shipping Carrier

5.1 Shipping is usually carried out by specialized freight companies experienced in transporting vending machines. The choice of shipping carrier is made by CA-Vendingsolutions.

5.2 The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer when the machine is handed over to the carrier.

6. Inspection of the Delivery

6.1 The buyer is required to inspect the delivery upon receipt for any visible external damage. If the packaging or the machine is damaged, it must be reported to the delivery person immediately and documented by the buyer.

6.2 Hidden defects that only become apparent after unpacking must be reported to the seller immediately, but no later than 7 days after receiving the goods.

7. Delivery Delays

7.1 If unforeseen delivery delays occur that are beyond the control of CA-Vendingsolutions (e.g., force majeure, strikes, delays by the manufacturer), the buyer will be informed immediately. In such cases, the delivery period will be extended by the duration of the delay.

7.2 The buyer has no right to compensation for delivery delays unless the delay is due to intentional or grossly negligent behavior on the part of the seller.
